We’re thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Jane Asher Reaney, who joins us as Team Lead and Community Engagement Specialist. Jane brings a wealth of experience from the move management industry, but more importantly, she chose Silver Linings Transitions because she was seeking a truly “heart-centered” company that aligns with her deepest values.
Jane’s journey to our team is both inspiring and meaningful. For much of her professional life, she was a beloved voice on terrestrial radio—steady, familiar, and filled with warmth that connected with listeners across the airwaves. However, when she experienced the profound loss of her mother—her best friend and guiding light—everything changed. That transformative experience opened her heart to a deeper calling: exploring life’s mysteries, honoring the presence of those we’ve loved and lost, and finding the quiet wisdom that emerges from grief.
This personal transformation led Jane to become a passionate advocate for our elderly community and the sacred journey of aging with dignity and grace. Her decision to leave a competitor and join our Silver Linings family reflects her commitment to working with an organization that truly embodies heart-centered values—a place where compassion and genuine care guide every interaction.
As our Community Engagement Specialist, Jane perfectly represents our mission of helping families find peace, comfort, and meaning during life’s most significant transitions. Whether she’s having a heartfelt conversation with a client, guiding someone through a challenging move, or building connections within our community, Jane brings her unique gifts to every encounter.
What sets Jane apart is her deep reverence for life, her unshakeable belief that love transcends loss, and her ability to remind others that we are never truly alone in our journeys. Her voice—both literally and figuratively—continues to offer comfort and hope to all who need it.
We’re also excited to share that Jane co-authored the book “The Next Room” with her late mother, Betty Asher.
