Realtor Partnership Program

How to Qualify for Reduced or Free Move Management Services

Planning a move—especially later in life—comes with a lot of decisions. One of the most important (and often overlooked) steps is who you contact first.

At Silver Linings Transitions, we’ve built a trusted Realtor Partnership Program designed to make your move smoother—and in many cases, significantly reduce or even cover the cost of your move management services.

Here’s How the Process Works

1
Start with a Complimentary Consultation

Reach out to Silver Linings Transitions first. We take the time to understand your situation, timeline, and unique needs.

2
Personalized Realtor Matching

Not all Realtors specialize in senior transitions. Based on your needs, we carefully match you with a trusted Realtor from our partner network who understands downsizing, senior moves, and family dynamics.

3
We Make the Introduction

We formally introduce you to the Realtor. This step is key—it activates our partnership program.

4
Referral Fees Work in Your Favor

The Realtor pays a standard referral fee (common in real estate partnerships).

5
Reduced or Covered Move Management Services

That referral fee is applied directly toward your move management services—often covering them entirely.

Important to Know

To qualify for the Realtor Partnership Program, Silver Linings Transitions must make the Realtor introduction. If you’ve already contacted or selected a Realtor before reaching out to us, referral credits cannot be applied, and standard service rates will apply.

Why This Process Matters

Already Working With a Realtor?

That’s okay. If they’re one of our trusted partners, we’re still happy to collaborate. While partnership pricing may not apply, our move management services remain available to support your transition every step of the way.
