From the moment our clients sign a contract until we complete their move or home organizing, Katie Sinha, our new Client Experience Manager will be available to answer questions and alleviate any concerns that come up during the process.

Like she did managing a missing delivery, she will be a point of contact our clients can depend on.

Katie joined Silver Linings Transitions a few years ago as a newly single mother. After leaving to start her own business, Katie returned to our team in February. She has always been a team player pitching in wherever needed. This, combined with her professional experience starting a business, AND being well-liked by team members and clients makes her the ideal person to help our clients through the stressful process of moving.

Our exceptional Team Leads function as project managers who see the clients through their projects.

We will continue to strive to make sure the right team member is matched with each client. If the “fits” is not right though, we will assign a new Team Lead to absorb any costs involved.
